We are, for the most part, a one woman operated business with grown children helping at busy times. We were the first seller to bring KAM Snaps to the UK and no-one else carries the range of snaps fasteners and tools that we do and we work very hard to bring you the latest products from KAM together with the best prices and customer service. Terms and Conditions

Safety Warnings
Products sold on this site are intended for adult use and may cause injury if not used properly and with care.

Loose snaps, other fasteners, and tools contain small parts that pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
Loose fasteners, awls and other tools may contain sharp points.
Plastic packaging may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Keep out of reach of small children.
Table presses are heavy, industrial equipment with a powerful spring. Do not release handle until spring is fully released. Operate away from children.

Error with Order

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If any of your items were damaged or we have made a mistake, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify it as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the incorrect item (at our cost) and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct item to you.

Returns

Any returns should be requested by email in the first instance within and returned within 14 days of receipt. Only complete items in a re-sellable condition can be accepted. Once received your items will be inspected, counted and refunded to your original payment method within 5 days.

Snap Count
Snaps and other fasteners may be packaged by weight, so count may not be exact. Pricing reflects possible minor quantity discrepancies. If you order multiples of a colour, we may combine the sets. For example, if you purchase two bags of 100-count studs, we may send you one bag of 200 studs.

Snap Colours
Due to imperfect and natural variations in lighting as well as individual settings of your computer screen, snap colours shown on our website may not be a true reflection of their actual colour. Colour sampler cards are available for purchase here. Colours may vary slightly between production batches.

Cosmetic Flaws
Some tools and equipment may have visual imperfections which will not affect their function in any way. Pricing reflects possible cosmetic flaws. Exchanges and refunds are issued only for defects which affect function.

Product Compatibility
Our snaps and other fasteners, presses, pliers, and dies are not universal and may not be compatible with other brands.

Pricing Policies
KAMsnaps.co.uk is not responsible for typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing errors listed on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We also reserve the right to adjust prices on our website without notice.

We respect your privacy and do not share any of your information with third parties. The information you provide to us is used solely to process your orders or to answer questions regarding your orders.
